This proposal is incredibly concerning for myself and my neighbours. Not only were we not consulted or notified about this proposal, but we have already been reporting numerous issues to the Ministry of Environment with respect to smell. Read more

The Rockcliffe-Smythe and Mount-Dennis census neighbourhoods have some of the worst asthma rates in the province. We have been asking for years for answers regarding the relationship between the industrial users on Glen Scarlett and the incidence of asthma. Read more

I am writing to express my disappointment that St Helen's may be allowed to expand their operations and pollute the environment further. I live with my family and infant daughter not far and the thought of her air being contaminated more disgusts me. Read more

This company should not be allowed to expand its emissions. The smell and noise are already very bad in this area from this factory. The location is very close to an outdoor mall, residential houses and a park, which often has many children at it. Read more

Please do not allow this increase in emissions. Residents of this neighbourhood already suffer from terrible odours for most of the year - throughout the spring and fall and especially the summer, when odours are especially noxious. Read more

As a resident of the area, the smell emitted by this facility is already nauseating. It is difficult to enjoy the outdoors most days of the week given the awful stench. Additional regulations should be imposed to further reduce the emissions. Do no amend Environmental Compliance Approval. Read more
