This license is part of the MOE's study for the Environmental Assessment. Any change to the license or its rehab plan would constitute a moving target for the studies to be done under the EA. This will then be problematic and interfere with another process in that ministry.

Thirty days to submit a proper response is not nearly enough time. This should be at least ninety days or more.

Such an important decision to this request by Carmeuse requires far more time to review and comment than 30 days. Carmeuse' request to amalgamate licenses in an area already designated by their tenant (Walker) to build a mega landfill is an attempt to disrupt the EA process.

With a due date for comments on this and the other applications for license changes to rehab plans and amalgamation of licenses, I am glad to have received, as of 4:43 on Friday afternoon the documents which would allow us to prepare a detailed analysis and commentary on the several instruments.

In regards to the reply to my previous comment on these proposals it is not hard to see how these changes are linked to the proposed landfill project by Walker Environmental on said lands - Having seen documents relating to the changes I see less tree cover - a lovely area where the landfill can

There are no Site Plan Notes and no Prescribed Licence Conditions or other conditions for the public and other stakeholders to consider and comment on. We have been given no information on what conditions may be changed at all in relation to Carmeuse Lime's current site plan obligations.
