With a due date for comments…

With a due date for comments on this and the other applications for license changes to rehab plans and amalgamation of licenses, I am glad to have received, as of 4:43 on Friday afternoon the documents which would allow us to prepare a detailed analysis and commentary on the several instruments. They close, however, on Thursday, an extremely short period for substantive comment. I appreciate that Mr. Hagman has sent these documents to me electronically to speed that part of the process, and a sample of the use of technologies by the MNRF to facilitate public consultation, but still believe that the current period for comment is woefully too short and thus again request an extension to a full 90 days.
