A new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) has been granted for 2528472 Ontario Inc., for the stormwater management works to service proposed Allenford Gas Bar, Convenient Store and Restaurant development. This is located at 7848 Highway 21 (at Country Road 10), in the Township of Arran, Ontario.

This variance has been approved.

Approval granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) for the approval of storm sewers to be constructed on Street "A", Street "B", Rougham Road, Lion's Park Drive and Queen Street; and sanitary sewers on Street "A", Street "B", Lion's Park Drive and Queen Street.

Application has been grated to D’Arcey Sand & Gravel Ltd. to vary a condition their current licence to authorize an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed in a calendar year.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air & Noise) has been granted to Rosscomm Holdings Ltd., a hot-mix asphalt plant, located at 10 Freshway Drive, Vaughan, Ontario.
