This company affects air quality, it has dirt outdoor, also lots trucks in and out. This area has lots commercial business, and residential area is very closed, many people around, Ministry should consider their impact on environment. Read more

This proposal should not be allowed. Sheffield St is a complete mess with Optimum operating at 799 tonnes/day. Increasing to 2400/tonnes per day will be extremely unfavourable to neighbouring properties and the entire community as a whole. Read more

We hope this company fast puts all storage and operation indoor since the dust and noise affect neighbors, and also build the lane for their customers in their place, since their customers' trucks always occupy on the street makes every one hard to go through. Read more

This site is small, and among other commercial properties and closes to residential properties. I disagree they operate 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. I also disagree it increases its amount of incoming waste to 2,400 tonnes per day. I say No to what they propose.

There’s a constant line of trucks outside the facility daily impeding traffic make it unsafe to make the turn along Ingram. with adding this increase in tonnage this will give capacity to more trucks that will end up lining up further along down the street causing chaos and traffic. Read more
