I'm going to be honest. This looks like it was intentional. I'm not entirely sure what happened here but either a mistake was made or the landowner was taken advantage of. If it is was a mistake, it makes a lot more sense to own up to it. There's no reason for it to be left out. Lire davantage

Re: ERO 019-3485 It seems very strange to me that lands acquired by the City from the County of Brant (namely C9), directly adjacent to an existing subdivision with services, were not added to the Settlement Boundary in this most recent Official Plan. Lire davantage

I don't think that the City of Brantford really thought out a long term plan for this area. They didn't take into account the taxpayers and land owners who have lived there for decades. The current plan doesn't make much sense. This is regarding ERO 019-3485

I feel that the City of Brantford has not fully researched this plan. Their reasoning does not make sense. My parents and brother have been farming for many years and they deserve to be included in the plan. Lire davantage
