No to norprop in North Bay! I absolutely disapprove of a zinc galvanizing plant operating over North Bay on the hill we know as airport hill. Already there seems to be a lack of transparency in the public accessing data on the chemistry in the air that will put citizens at risk. Read more

I live aprox 300m of the proposed galvanizing site, I walk by the property everyday with my dog. I’m extremely worried that a zinc galvanizing site had been preposed so close to the military base where many family’s live. The air pollution this type of plant produces is extremely unhealthy. I am a resident who received notice of the environmental impact of this proposal 5 days ago. I am disappointed to learn that written notice was open for 50 days, yet the public was NOT informed until day 45. Read more

My family and I are not happy about this situation. This galvanizing plant is going to be within 600 m of my home and many others' homes. There are many families with kids and pets that live in the Hornell Heights area and will be affected. On the notice we received it talks about emissions. Read more
