I am very concerned about…

I am very concerned about this proposal as this development is, in my opinion, quite excessive in relation to the environment it is located in. It is adjacent to the Georgian Bay Land Trust's Tobie's Bay PSW which the trust states is one of the two most valuable PSW's on the Bay. The entire immediate region (Green Island, Potato Island and the Oak Bay area is rich with a wide diversity of species - protected and otherwise. As there is currently a case in front of the Superior Court of Justice on this development any decision on this application ought to be postphoned until the court rules.
This whole development and its sordid history has been way over the top in regards to density and development and the grandfather rights of development will have a devastating impact on this specific area and the immediate neighbours. It should be opposed in order to take a stand to defend our precious endangered species.
