My neighbour who lives across the road from this site says that he and his family are bothered by the odour as the septage is sprayed onto the land and that this happens several times each day. Expanding the useable area may make this worse. As odour is specified as an off-Site effect that the operator must avoid, the Ministry should ensure that the operator will fulfill this obligation before approving this application.
