I am a resident and a taxpayer in Saugeen Shores and I do not believe that such a disruptive and potentially destructive development should take place at all as it is completely out of place for this location . This added application to take such a large amount of water away just to build only demonstrates my point . No development of this type should ever be built so close to the water on any beach as our weather events are unpredictable and water level fluctuations could easily lead to costly damages and future contamination .If it is left as a beach this would not be an issue . Our lake and beach are a public shared treasure and should be kept that way .
