I am writing in concern of the amalgamation of laws that Carmeuse can increase the tonnage they excavate. It's concerning that in the 30 day period the case office has been grossly absent. In the 30 days, the rest of the details have not been made available to the public. This act alone is one of suspicion, plans should be made clear and public so that all who reside close by can have a clear layout of what the amalgamation will mean. It seams reasonable to extend the question period to 90 days, or more, so the case officer can bring to light the true details of the laws.
