We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) No. 2230-BD4PP7 to EIDCA Specialty Products Company in the City of Kingston, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1451-BCSL6C was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7345-7U2PQZ. The Permit was issued on July 09, 2019 with an expiry date of July 10, 2029.

A decision was made on July 9, 2019 to approve the consent for a lot addition on One Island Lake, as applied for, in the unincorporated Township of Fowler. The last day of appeal for this decision under the Planning Act is July 29, 2019.

An amendment Environmental Compliance Approval to No. 3-1518-98-006 and associated notice No.1 is granted for 409315 Ontario Limited for the modifications of sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system, serving seventy-two (72) units of year-round mobile home sites at retirement village

Permit to Take Water Ref No. 4105-BAXKCA was returned as it was a duplicate application. The Application was returned on July 4, 2019.

Permit to Take Water No. 2322-BDJJ4J was issued on July 3, 2019 to Beaverdale Golf Club Limited with an expiry date of March 31, 2029.
