A decision was made to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4102-BFAHL6. Permit to Take Water No. 7268-BJ3RLT was issued on November 19, 2019 to 2400050 Ontario Inc. for construction dewatering purposes. The permit expires on November 30, 2021.

We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) to F&P MFG., Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of DYNA-MIG, a vehicle parts manufacturing facility located in the City of Stratford, County of Perth.

The application was returned to the proponent due to incomplete information.  No permit was issued and the Ministry closed the file on March 27, 2020.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000037 to David Graham for early exploration activities within Abbie Lake and Pukaskwa River Areas.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 6752-BGKM8U was issued on January 23, 2020 to Fernbrook Homes (Lawrence) Limited for a perimeter drainage system located at 1780 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto. The permit expires on January 22, 2030.

Permit to Take Water No. 5047-BKNHXH was issued on January 23, 2020 to Met Residences Corp. to take water from a sump pit located in Vaughan, Ontario. The permit expires on January 22, 2030.

Permit To Take Water No. 6830-BH3GB3 was issued on January 23, 2020 to James Dick Construction Limited for dewatering purposes at the Ramara/Gamebridge Quarry.  This amendment increases the maximum rate of water taken per minute and maximum volume of water per day. The Permit expires on January 25, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 6000-BG7PF5 for Walker Aggregates Inc. was issued on November 6, 2019 and expires on October 31, 2029. Water will be taken from two wells for the washing of aggregate material at the Edgar Pit.
