Water will be taken from two ponds for construction dewatering purposes to allow for the construction of a proposed multi-storey building at 70 Richmond Road in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8232616768 was issued to Residences at Harbourwalk Inc on September 28, 2023, for 7 years. Water will be taken from one dewatering array, located in the City of Mississauga, Ontario, for construction-dewatering purposes.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Operational Flexibility (air & noise) to Sandeep Sajjan Enterprises Ltd., located in 1400 The Queensway, Toronto, Ontario.
