On November 3, 2023 we issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval No. A170602 to All Treat Farms Limited to process solid organic waste at a waste disposal site (processing) located at 7963 Wellington Road 109 RR4, Arthur, Wellington North Township, County of Wellington, N0G 1A0.

The ministry renewed an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for Good's Realty Inc., for the establishment of stormwater management works, to service proposed auto parts sales and warehouse building development of the site located at 6-8 Wells Street West, in Arthur, Township of Wellington North, County of Wellington, Ontario

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on November 6th, 2024, in respect of Application 60-C-231455 for an easement for access purposes on lands described as PIN 42151-0293 in the District of Kenora. A Permit to Take Water No. 0818-CX4MJF was issued to 140 Yorkville Corporation on October 31, 2023 to amend Permit No. 6104-C99LBA to increase water takings. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario, for 26 months.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with limited operational flexibility has been issued to Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. for all sources of air emissions from their facility located at 1555 Elm Street, and 55 Invertose Drive, in Port Colborne.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5236518498 was issued to Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort Ltd. on November 2, 2023 to renew Permit No. 8615-AQKH4T. Water will be taken from one watercourse and three wells for water supply and snowmaking purposes at the Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort, located in Moonstone, Ontario, for five years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1201303287 on November 1, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 0058-9CCKWH, for R. W. Tomlinson Limited for industrial purposes in the Municipality of North Grenville, Ontario. The new permit expires on October 15, 2033

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for modifications to the existing stormwater management works serving the Waste Management of Canada Corporation Courtice Transfer and Processing Facility, located at 1 McKnight Road in Courtice, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for The Sarjeant Company Limited for industrial stormwater management works, serving a ready mix plant located at 2 Cochrane Lake Road in Seguin Township, Ontario.

We have amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 7440-98UGZE for All Treat Farms Limited, a composting, soil blending and packaging facility, located in Arthur, Township of Wellington North, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-22-000105 to Ring of Fire Metals Proprietary Limited for early exploration activities.

The decision is to: issue the mineral exploration permit

Application 58-C-229636 was approved subject to standard conditions on November 3, 2023. The last date to appeal the decision is November 23, 2023.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Walker Aggregates Inc. to allow importation of 5,975,000 cubic metres of excess soil in the Town of Fort Erie.
