Proposal details
The purpose of the application (58-T-208305) is to create a 25-lot Plan of Subdivision on the subject property for resource-based recreational use. The proposed lot sizes range from 0.2102 to 0.4752 hectare in size with frontages ranging between 16.4 to 55.5 metres and depths between 48.2 and 162.2 metres. The existing structures to be removed from the property include: shower building on proposed Road 'A', and septic field on Lot 4. The existing structures to remain include: lodge on Lot 25, fish cleaning building on Lot 11, cottage on Lot 6, cottage on Lot 7, and 3 docks. The lots will be serviced by individual sewage systems and well water. The lots are proposed to be accessed by water and Lac Des Mille Lac Road which is maintained by the Inwood Roads Board.
