Decision details

The changes to the site plan for Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) licence No. 6685 were approved by the Regional Director on January 12, 2022.

The approval allows Graham Brothers Aggregates Limited to make the following changes to the site plan for ARA licence No. 6685:

  • increase the maximum allowable disturbed area shared between licence No. 6622 and 6685, from 35 to 40 hectares
  • allow the central processing plant to remain within licence No. 6622; previous site plan conditions for licence No. 6685 required this equipment to be relocated to licence No. 6685
  • make changes to the phasing of operations and rehabilitation
  • noise and dust mitigation measures have also been revised
