Description of instrument
Application has been made by Graham Bros. Aggregates Limited to amend the current site plan to allow an increase to the maximum disturbed area. The current site plan allows for a combined maximum disturbed area of 30 hectares between Licence #6685 and Licence #6622. The proposed amendment would increase the combined maximum disturbed area by 10 hectares to a total of 40 hectares while the operation moves from the Concession II property (Licence #6622) to the Concession I property (Licence #6685). Once the entire operation has moved to the Concession I property the maximum disturbed area will revert to 20 hectares as described in the Licence #6685 site plan. The site plan for Licence #6685 outlines the maximum disturbed area for these two properties. This area varies throughout each phase of the operation.
Other information
