Description of instrument

Application has been made by Graham Bros. Aggregates Limited to amend the current site plan to allow an increase to the maximum disturbed area. The current site plan allows for a combined maximum disturbed area of 30 hectares between Licence #6685 and Licence #6622. The proposed amendment would increase the combined maximum disturbed area by 10 hectares to a total of 40 hectares while the operation moves from the Concession II property (Licence #6622) to the Concession I property (Licence #6685). Once the entire operation has moved to the Concession I property the maximum disturbed area will revert to 20 hectares as described in the Licence #6685 site plan. The site plan for Licence #6685 outlines the maximum disturbed area for these two properties. This area varies throughout each phase of the operation.

Other information

Graham Bros. Aggregates Limited operates these sites under the authority of Licence #6685 and Licence #6622 under the Aggregate Resources Act.

Site plan information is available to view at the MNR Aurora District Office. Making an appointment to view the information is recommended to ensure aggregate staff will be available to provide information and answer questions.
