Original proposal
Proposal details
The purpose of this application is to correct an inadvertent merger on title by severing PIN 42180-1392 from a property composed of PIN 42180-1394 and PIN 42180-1396. The proposed severed lot would be 3 hectares with 110 metres of frontage and 270 metres of depth. The severed lot is currently vacant with no servicing and is intended to be sold as a vacant lot to be accessed by water from a local marina. The proposed retained lot would be an irregularly shaped 16.47-hectare lot with 555 metres of frontage and depth, developed by a cottage built in 1987 serviced by a septic system and a 1920’s era boathouse. No new buildings are proposed and no change in use is proposed. The lands are on the Winnipeg River system approximately 55 km northwest of the City of Kenora near the unincorporated community of Minaki. The retained property is accessed by Charlesworth Road.
