Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to be issued to White Owl Properties Limited, for the establishment of a sewage works system, in support of a proposed parking lot expansion for an existing waste management truck storage facility located at 335 Townline Road, in the Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake, Regional Municipality Of Niagara, Ontario.
The sewage works will feature storm sewers, a dry pond and an underground storage chamber facility for quantity control,discharging within the Niagara Watershed, via a Townline Road ditch.
Prior to discharge, the quality of the site runoff will be achieved via grassed swales with subdrains and an oil and grit separator.
