Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval to be issued to Leptis Magna Developments Inc., for the establishment of a stormwater management works structure servicing a proposed residential development located on a land legally described as parts of Lots 22 and 23, Concession 3, in the Town of La Salle, City of Windsor, Ontario.
The sewage works will include a temporary storage ditch and an oil and grit separator designed to provide water quantity and quality control prior to discharge from the site to the East Branch Cahill Drain, within the River Canard.
The project also involves the installation along Disputed Road and Leptis Magna Boulevard of storm sewers and sanitary sewers, outletting respectively into the stormwater management facility and the existing sanitary collection system.
