Effects of consultation

A comment was received with concerns related to the discharge to the City of Mississauga's storm sewer system.

Response:

A note has been included in the permit, advising that the permit does not authorize the permit holder to discharge the pumped water to the municipal storm and/or sanitary sewer system. The permit holder must obtain a discharge permit from the municipality prior to the commencement of any discharge of the pumped water into the municipal storm and/or sanitary sewer system.
