I am opposed to ALL development in that area due to the sensitive nature of the environment. This is the BASIN of the Nipissing watershed - a vital and extremely delicate wetlands that cannot be preserved with storm drains or even by being fenced off. Read more

I am concerned about the Blanding’s turtles that are found on this site. The Blanding’s Turtle, a medium-sized, bright yellow-throated turtle, is listed as “at risk” in Ontario’s ESA. Federally it is listed as endangered. Read more
