To whom it may concern, in regards to proposal number 019-5565

I am fully against this proposal. Tomlinson has already been told no by the Napanee City Council as well as residents in the area, therefor they should not be able to go around the wishes of the community they are trying to be a part of. Napanee has much farmland as well as natural wilderness, there is a river that runs close to the area that Tomlinson wants to use for their plant. There are many families as well as elderly in the area. Napanee is also within the water protection Zone. Therefore I believe that you should not allow Tomlinson to build a hot mix asphalt plant in the Napanee area.
