I am very concerned about this proposal and the effects it will have on the town of Napanee. The location of this proposed asphalt plant is within less than 1km of residential areas, downtown Napanee and the Napanee river. Lire davantage

The town voted no on this. This vote should be upheld. Town council voted no because the people of the town this will greatly effect don't want it. It is close to schools (one of which both of my kids attend) a lake and lots of farm land.

I believe that this is not a suitable location for a permanent Hot Asphalt Plant for a multitude of reasons. For one, the proximity to the downtown core, as well as residential homes, is far too close. Lire davantage
