Hello,

I am a commercial property owner on Sheffield Street in Toronto about 5 properties north of 109 Ingram Drive. The proposed increase by Optimum Environmental Corp with current tonnage as per their Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7416-5RFKL9 is 799 tonnes per day, the amendment being sought will increase the daily tonnes to 1200 tonnes per day, then to 2400 tonnes per day tripling there daily tonnes.

We presently have several problems with traffic, garbage spills, trucks blocking driveways, health implications to air quality/dust control/smell and rodents. The current streets of Sheffield and Ingram will not be able to accommodate large trailer trucks to transport the garbage to a recycling facility.

Please do not approve there application to increase daily tonnes.
