I find it quite incredulous…

I find it quite incredulous that the City of Toronto would even contemplate such a horrific amendment. To increase toxins which would "include ammonia, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and lactic acid", is quite staggering. There are over 2.8 million residents just in the city of Toronto that would be affected. Why are we not only allowing the current amounts being emitted, but actually contemplating allowing them to increase poisoning our air? That area is building more and more homes. How is this even possible?
