I strongly object to the proposed quarry in the Cranberry Lake area. As a frequent visitor to a cottage on Cranberry Lake, I object to the traffic pollution from the many trucks involved and the noise from the rock crusher. I am also deeply concerned about the amount of waste water that will be dumped into the Cranberry River. The downsteam effect could be disasterous. The required granite must be available for other places without destroying the environment. Please reject this proposal.
