I fear for the stability of…

I fear for the stability of the surrounding properties when the underground water is moved -- what will that do to existing structures. I also fear for the excess noise pollution from a running generator(?) and pumping system -- and subsequent pollution form the generator if gas fired.

Where will the recovered water end up? Will it go back into the Lake & where will it be directed? Into the public swimming are, the Harbour?? Will there be any effect to the plant-life, the aquatic creatures? Humans? Is there possible contamination from this ground-water? Three-plus years is a long time for this disruption to our public area.
