Hello, I would like to write in opposition to this amendment. The property is located in the middle of residential buildings. The land might have previously been zoned for heavy industrial, but the neighbourhood is becoming more residential every year. Their are new condo developments being erected, and this does not align nor match desire of the community. There are 4 schools located within a 1KM radius or closer. I'm failing to understand how approving a proposal would benefit the health of the community. The Rockcliffe Smythe community also has the highest instances of Asthma in Toronto, and this will only contribute to the environmental harm suffered by the community. Please do the right thing, and say no to increased emissions. These facilities below outside of the city limits.
