The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000303 Prospect Lake Project to Mr. John Florek for early exploration activities.

The decision is to: issue the mineral exploration permit.

Environmental Compliance Approval Number 5671-CXRLXG was issued on February 7, 2024, to Maple Lodge Farms Ltd. for the establishment of a sewage pumping station, forcemain, storm sewers and a stormwater management wet pond facility in the City of Brampton, to service the proposed retail outlet property.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) was issued to Elastochem Specialty Chemicals Inc., a urethane product manufacturing facility located in the City of Brantford, Ontario

Approval is granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for 2495535 Ontario Inc. for sewage works serving a proposed development, located at 237 Industrial Drive in Mount Forest, Ontario.

An approval was issued to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 5576-9C5K3R with Limited Operational Flexibility for Procor Limited, a rail car repair and cleaning facility located in Sarnia, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1543-CXSPCX was issued to Katchiwano Limited on February 2, 2024. Water will be taken from one well and one lake for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes in the County of Peterborough, Ontario, for ten years.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1136588652 for dewatering, water supply and water diversion purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse and seven wells, located at the Pamour Mine in the City of Timmins, District of Cochrane, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Greenstone Gold Mines GP Inc. Water will be taken from one pond for dewatering purposes associated with the construction of the Goldfield Creek diversion temporary by-pass channel, located at the Greenstone Mine in Geraldton, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) to 2262012 Ontario Limited, for stormwater management works to serve Part 28, 29, 30, 31, Reference Plan 42R-4728, Township of Carling.
