We have approved amended Environmental Compliance Approval (Private Sewage) No. 7454-BN4MPE to 1659437 Ontario Limited and 1659439 Ontario Limited, acting as general partners and operating as DC Farms in the Town of Kingsville, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6448-BM5SNM on February 25, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 8311-8DNLER, for Louis W. Bray Construction Limited located in the Township of South Stormont, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of February 24, 2030.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 0477-BJSNFB has been issued to KNL Development Inc. on January 6, 2020 for construction dewatering purposes related to the Kanata Lakes residential development phases 7-9, located in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 12, 2029.

Amendments have been made to O. Reg. 95/05 Classes of Consumers and Determination of Rates to enable Regulated Price Plan (RPP) customers who pay Time-of-Use (TOU) rates to choose instead to pay tiered rates as of November 1, 2020.

The Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has issued an overall benefit permit to Chrisview Custom Homes Ltd. to construct a parking lot that will impact Blue Ash trees, which is a species at risk. The permit includes actions to benefit the species, minimize adverse effects, and outlines monitoring and reporting requirements.
