A new Permit to Take Water No. 3875-C9NSLN for Martin's Family Fruit Farm Ltd. was issued on December 14, 2021 for food processing purposes for a project located in the City of Waterloo, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7482-C8KLEJ on December 16, 2021 which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 3430-B6PL7E, 0207-B6PPRR, 3178-B6YKBU and 1472-B6YQUN for Enbridge Pipelines Inc., located in United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 31, 2031.
