The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to American Iron & Metal Company Inc., for the construction of stormwater management works servicing a proposed end-of-life vehicle salvage operations at 200 Sprucewood Avenue in the City of Windsor, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to 1406979 Ontario Limited for industrial stormwater management works serving a warehouse development site, located at 6701 Highway 7 in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Grant Castle Corp. for stormwater management works to serve the MacEwen Diesel Card Lock Facility, located in the Town of Prescott, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to YMCA of Three Rivers (Midwestern Ontario) for upgrades to the existing sewage works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage from the existing children's seasonal summer residential campground (Camp Belwood), located in the Township of Centre Wellington.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) to H.L. Blachford, Ltd/Ltee, a lubricant, coatings, corrosion inhibitors, and noise material manufacturing facility, located in the City of Mississauga, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 5256-CJNQ7H for Flannery Investments Inc., Jeh-Tah Holdings Ltd., IMT Standen's GP Inc., and IMT Standen's Sideco LP Inc. operating as IMT Partnership on September 30, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 8130-98NGZ6. Water will be taken from three wells located in the Town of Ingersoll, ON.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 3675-C7JGU6 for Gus Maue and servicing Creekside Golf Course on October 4, 2022, which is located in Woodstock. This permit cancels and replaces permit No. 6202-AASLQS. Water will be taken from one pond and one creek for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 1756-CJXS5Q for Compass Minerals Canada Corp. on October 7, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 6501-8ZUMPC. Water will be taken from three sources for mine shaft discharge purposes in Owen Sound, Ontario.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 3304-CKBVRM for DBS - Hearn Inc. on October 20, 2022. This permit cancels and replaces permit No. 0120-8NFMJK. Water will be taken from one well and three ponds for golf course irrigation at the Sutton Creek Golf Course, located in the Town of Essex, Ontario.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 8363-CJQPM8 on September 30, 2022. This permit cancels and replaces permit No. 2651-6QLNDH. This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water for Links of Kent Golf Club Inc. Water will be taken from one watercourse and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes in Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

The application was withdrawn by the proponent. No approval was issued.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3032-CG5RLY on July 8, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 3240-8VDN3Q, for St. Mary’s Cement Inc. (Canada) for industrial purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the CBM Ready Mix Concrete Plant in Cambridge, Ontario. The new permit expires July 31, 2032.
