Water will be taken from one well for the dewatering of future active portions of the quarry, located in the Town of Concord, Ontario. The permit expires on November 5, 2032.
We have made administrative amendments to regulations 73/94 and 681/94 under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993 (EBR) to ensure the continued application of the EBR.
