Proposal details
Application has been made by QBJR Aggregates Inc. to amend the current site plan to allow the importation of 5,670,000 m3 of excess soils for the purpose of rehabilitation and modify the final rehabilitated landform, including final side slopes and elevations, to restore the site to existing grades.
Public consultation opportunities
The proposed request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the Township of Ramara, Simcoe County, Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP), Landowners within 120 metres of the site, Resident Liaison Committee and all parties and participants to OMB File No. M010056 for comment.
