Decision details
A change to ARA Licence No. 600421 was approved by the Director on August 6,2024.
The approval allows OCL Custom Crushing and Quarrying Ltd. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 100,000 tonnes annually to 300,000 tonnes annually. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area.

OCL Custom Crushing and Quarrying Ltd. has applied to amend a condition of the current licence to increase the annual tonnage limit for the site to 300,000 tonnes. The current annual tonnage limit for this site as stated on the licence is 100,000 tonnes.
