Decision details
Application 52-C-222315 was approve on June 27, 2023, with conditions. This approval will allow the transfer of approximately 1.3 hectares of land comprising PIN 73097-0087 as a lot addition to PIN 73097-0078 to address an encroachment of the existing development. The lands are the site of an existing repair garage, accessory buildings and associated services.
No new buildings or structures are proposed as a result of these applications.

No public comments were received or concerns identified.
