Proposal details
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere, including:
- door trim assembly
- injection moulding
- welding exhaust
- cooling tower
- plasma cutting
This amendment application is to account for operational changes in the production process, including:
- the removal of three welding exhausts
- the addition of headliner exhausts HL-1 and HL-2 and QC Lab Plasma Cutter Exhaust
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- mixture of chlorinated polymers
- petroleum resins
- methyltrimethoxysilane
- bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite
- ferric oxide
- manganese
- particulate matter
The Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air), when issued permits modifications to the facility subject to limits on operational flexibility that include a production limit for the facility to be specified on the Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (Air). The limited operational flexibility conditions have an expiry date. The company will be required to make an application for amendment at that time to renew these conditions.
