The change to the licence for Aggregate Resources Act(ARA) Licence No. 5606 was approved by the Divisional Delivery Branch Director on March 1st, 2023.

The approval allows Ross Roth Sand & Gravel Inc. to change the conditions on the current licence to authorize an increase in the annual tonnage limit for the site to 250,000 tonnes. The current annual tonnage limit for this site as stated on the licence is 150,000 tonnes. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area.
