Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (M&P sewage) for MacPherson Builders (Cranberry) Limited. This proposal is for the approval of storm sewers, and oil and grit separators to be constructed on Blue Fairway Block 5 & 6, Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe.
The proposed residential development will consist of:
- 13 bungalow townhouse blocks
- two (2) four-storey midrise apartment blocks
- 16 two-storey townhouse blocks
- 10 three-storey townhouse blocks
- a gym pavilion
- pool
The stormwater will discharge into the natural environment.
