Proposal details
The purpose of this application for consent 60-C-223420 is to sever PIN 42150-2161, a 24.15 ha property, into a one of three (3) new lots for resource-based recreational use. The three new lots are currently vacant and will be serviced by individual sewage systems and lake water. The retained lot contains a seasonal residence and boathouse serviced by an approved sewage system and surface water from the lake.
Proposed lot 3 will be 1.8 ha in size with 65 m of frontage and 310 m of depth. The proposed retained lot will be 19.9 ha in size with 590 m of frontage and 425 m of depth. The property is accessed by water from the Kenora Recreation Centre where parking and a public boat launch is available. The subject lands are located approximately 10 km south of the City of Kenora municipal boundary.
