For the past 4 days (February 7-February 10) there has been a strong grease fryer smell throughout the entire town of Ingersoll. I am concerned that this will be a permanent odour pollution within our town. The smell has been unbearable.

My home is 3km away from this plant and from Monday February 7 to present I am able to smell an overpowering grease fryer smell when I open my windows and door. This is odour pollution and I would like to have the company address ways to diffuse this smell.

The odour coming from this plant in Ingersoll is awful. I feel like I’m living in a deep fryer. With the spring months and summer months upon us it’s going to make outdoor activities less enjoyable. Read more

I have lived in my home on whiting st for 43 years. I can count on one hand the times I smelt the old turkey plant which you reside in now. The greasy oily smell is just terrible. Read more

The smell from the chicken nuggets. On whiteing st in Ingersoll is sickening it smell like one big deep fryer hopefully they can put a stop to it. It's going to be really bad in the heat of summer

The odour being emitted from the Cargill plant on Thomas St in Ingersoll on the days they prepare chicken nuggets is foul and offensive. Smells like a dirty fryer. If it’s this bad in winter I can’t imagine t(e hit summer months. Companies should be accountable and responsible to the community.

I live in the area of this plant with my family, including 2 young children. The smell coming from this plant is absolutely terrible. The air smells like grease and fried foods all of the time. If the smell is this bad in the winter....the summer will be horrible. Read more
