The changes to the Schedule A for ARA licence No. 4630 were approved by the Regional Director on March 16, 2022.
The approval allows T & B Aggregates Inc. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 20,000 tonnes annually to 200,000 tonnes annually. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area.

Application has been made by T & B Aggregates Inc. to vary a condition of the current licence to authorize an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate that can be removed in a calendar year from Licence No. 4630.
The current licence condition states that “It is a condition of this licence that no more than 20,000 tonnes of material shall be removed in any one calendar year”. T & B Aggregates Inc. has requested that the tonnage limit be increased to 200,000 tonnes annually.
This increase has been requested by the licensee to address the higher demand for aggregates in the area.
