The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (M&P Sewage) for Marshall Homes (Finch) Ltd. for stormwater management works to serve Finch Avenue, located in the City of Pickering, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of stormwater quality control, quantity control, and erosion control works and a stormwater management oil/grit separator.
It will discharge to the storm sewer system located along Finch Avenue.
