This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air) for William Day Construction Limited, an operator of various mobile aggregate, nickel ore, and/or gold ore screening plants that will operate in various locations in the Province of Ontario.
This proposal includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including a diesel generator, stackers, and truck loading activities.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- crystalline silica
- metals
- particulate matter
- nitrogen oxides
- noise
