For mobile plant, Ministry should consider its operation impact on surrounding people, public health and safety must be on first position.

Thank You for considering these comments: I agree that recycling should be encouraged as much as possible to reduce the demand for natural resources, and the impact that extraction has on the environment, and non-renewable aggregate resources. This proposal appears to support that opinion. Read more
