Proposal details
This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for Evolve Recycling Inc. This proposal is for the collection, transmission and disposal of stormwater runoff at the tire recycling facility located at 300 Henry Street, Brantford.
During precipitation events, surface water runoff that has had contact with the scrap tires is directed to catch basins located on the southern part of the property. Water collected as rooftop drainage is also directed to the same onsite stormwater system.
The catch basins south of the facility are expected to collect the contact surface water runoff and non-contact stormwater (from rooftop) and discharge to an unnamed tributary of Fairchild Creek via an outfall pipe on the left bank of the unnamed tributary.
