You can appeal all or part of this this instrument to the appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) by submitting a notice of appeal to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

Original proposal
Proposal details
The purpose of this application for consent is to create one of three (3) new water access lots and a retained for resource-based recreational use. The total property is approximately 6.2 hectares in size. Proposed Part 3 will be 1.8 hectares and contains three cottages serviced by a sewage system and lake water. The retained vacant property will be 1.6 hectares in size, and proposed for recreational use to be serviced by a sewage system and lake water. The existing cottages currently front on the Winnipeg River. The lots are accessed by water from the Minaki Marina which is located approximately 7 km northwest of the property. Proposed Part 1 is described under ERO No. 019-2661; and proposed Part 2 is described under ERO No. 019-2663.
