Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.

Details of instrument
The purpose of the application (60-T-199996) is to create a 16-lot Plan of Subdivision from PIN 42150-0328 for resource-based recreational use. The proposed lot sizes are approximately 1.0 hectare in size with frontages ranging between 62 m to 352 m and depths between 110 to 207 metres.
